Tauntaun had been found hypothermic and on the verge of death during a raid at a neglectful farm. His mother had developed mastitis and was sent to slaughter. The farmer did not care to try to bottle feed Tauntaun and opted to let him starve to death instead. After months of healing and a very long and boring car ride to his forever home at IFS, he was free. He danced and hopped through the house like popcorn being popped. He spent his time at IFS with the rest of the misfits gang, grazing and snuggling. His gentle and caring presence will forever be missed here.
