Meet Clara, a gentle girl and proud mom to Arthur and Billy.

Clara came to us after giving birth to Billy and Arthur, both of whom were born with hypotrichosis, a rare genetic condition characterized by a lack of hair and teeth. She spent time healing alongside Arthur, and the two were slowly rebuilding their bond before he tragically passed away due to complications from his condition.

Clara has since made a life for herself here. She and another cow named April have become nearly inseparable, lounging and grazing together. Clara is skittish around people but will happily accept treats. She gets particularly bold during breakfast, tugging at the hay as we fill the troughs.
