Darla joined the IFS family in April 2022 when she was just one week old. Darla was born with mild fetlock laxity and dismature carpal and tarsal cuboidal bones, which meant she needed a lot of specialized care to ensure her healthy development. Darla’s original guardians both worked full time and wanted her to receive the attention and care she needed, and we were so happy to help. From the moment we met Darla, we knew she was one of a kind. Darla is a sweet, social, and silly little girl. She loves to run wild around the sanctuary and climb on top of her favorite human caregivers for a snuggle. Darla is joy personified. She’s perfect in every possible way.
