Introducing Gwen, a brave and nurturing spirit who found her way to safety alongside her companion, Grace, from a harrowing livestock auction. The veterinarians discussed the potential complications of surgical repair, including life-threatening scenarios, and ultimately decided that monitoring her condition would be the best course of action for now.

Gwen is currently stable and comfortable, with the possibility of maintaining a good quality of life without immediate interventions.
